"Kaushik Roy is a development professional with 17+ years of experience working broadly on poverty alleviation. His area of expertise includes food & livelihood security, social empowerment, community development, institution building and Local Self Government Institutions. He has an in-depth understanding of the capabilities, choices and approaches that make up the livelihoods of rural poor and strategies that facilitate sustained pathways out of poverty through the participation of women in the institutions and processes of Local Self Government.
