Dr. Srabani Sengupta, is a Social Development Expert who has been serving the sector for the last 25 years. She is an Economist by training with Ph.D. in Development Economics. She was selected for the Robert S. McNamara Fellowship of the World Bank Group for the cycle 1997-98. As a Social Expert her domain of work is Institutional Analysis, Urban Governance, Resettlement & Rehabilitation, Social Impact Analysis, Project Evaluation etc. Presently She works as a consultant in varied projects funded by IFIs like World Bank, ADB and European Investment Bank. She also works in Indian National Flagship projects funded by Central as well as various State Governments. She has work experience in India as well as South Asian Countries like Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos etc.
