Sutanu, is an urban planner with about 14 years of experience in multi-sector policies, project planning, project management and urban reforms. With initial qualifications in city planning from IIT Kharagpur, Sutanu has worked on various urban reforms and capacity building projects for a number of state and central governments and international donor agencies.
